Taxes Are Done! We Have a New Dog!
Taxes Are Done!!! We Have A New Puppy!!!!
February is normally the month that I set aside to do a years work of record keeping. I know I should do it as I go along but somehow that never seems to work out. I have been working feverishly the last few weeks and finally got the stuff done today and sent it over to our tax preparer – Whew!!
On February 15th we said goodbye to a beloved friend – Rest in Peace Fudggie!

Gator’s Chocolate Fudge (Fudggie)
08/04/1994 – 02/15/2006
A lot has happened to us during the 11 ½ years that we had Fudggie – retired from the Navy, started a career in Accounting, bought a house, got a Master’s Degree, started selling on Ebay…
We didn’t waste any time getting a new dog… so on February 16th we said hello to:

Our Little Tyger
01/03/2006 –
We had decided to downside our dog so we ending up getting a Cairn Terrier and Shiba Uni mix. She shouldn’t weigh more than 20lbs when full grown.
Here is some information on the breeds:http://www.akc.org/breeds/cairn_terrier/index.cfmhttp://www.dogbreedinfo.com/cairnterrier.htmhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shiba_Inuhttp://www.akc.org/breeds/shiba_inu/index.cfm
Our little Tyger is quite a handful right now – she gets into everything and goes places where no dog has gone in this house! We’re making progress with her – she is on her way to being housebroken, has taken well to the leash, and has learned to sleep in her crate (which is great for our sanity!). She is small and moves fast – quite a change from our old Labrador!
The job at the cookie factory ended Friday. I enjoyed working there so I was kind of sad that the job had to end. I have been to a couple of interviews this week so hopefully something will turn up soon. I’ve enjoyed having this week off – it made getting the tax stuff easier.
Now that the tax stuff is done it’s time to post some stuff on Ebay!
Take care & enjoy,
Florence
